Civil Engineering
Diploma in Electrical Engineering is a three year aided diploma programme with minimum eligibility SSC. The Department of Electrical Engineering was established in 1963, with an intake of 40 students, which was later increased to 60 in 1966.
In 1981, Part time Diploma was sanctioned initially with an intake of 40 students, which also was later increased to 60 for students who already are employed and are interested in continuing their education.
Diploma in Computer Engineering is a three year unaided diploma program with minimum eligibility SSC. Department is the youngest department in the institute and attracts high quality students.
Generous grants from management made it possible to develop Computer labs with the latest Hardware and Software.The Department houses classrooms and laboratories with modern infrastructure to facilitate their learning.
Diploma in Civil Engineering is a three year aided diploma programme with minimum eligibility SSC. In the civil engineering field, there are a number of specialized areas where one can focus based on personal interest.
The main areas of focus for civil engineers include structural engineering, construction, geotechnical engineering, water resources and transportation.
Diploma in Industrial Electronics is a three year aided diploma program with minimum eligibility SSC. Industrial Electronics was established in 1994 under the World Bank project and later it was taken care of as a Grant in private institute.
The department is having 30 in take for a full time diploma. In 2001, the department got AICTE approval for 30 intake of part time diploma.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a three year aided diploma programme with minimum eligibility SSC. The Mechanical Engineering Department started functioning in 1963 with an initial intake of 40 seats.
Later in 1966 the intake was raised to 60. Department was given autonomy by the Government of Maharashtra in 1994.
